Unrivalled adaptability: the cog cleaner adapts perfectly to your needs, whether it’s placed downstream of a splitter to clean freshly split logs, or used independently at the outfeed of a dryer to remove residues from dried logs.

High throughput for maximum productivity: choose the NEPI HD model for high throughput cleaning. Thanks to higher cog rotation speeds, residue sorting is accelerated, enabling direct truck loading for maximum efficiency.

Adjustable sorting precision: the gap between the cleaner’s sprockets can be adjusted to suit the size of residue to be sorted. What’s more, a configuration with two sets of cogs offers the possibility of fine sorting followed by coarser sorting. This flexibility guarantees precise sorting according to your needs.

Custom dimensions: the standard dimensions of the cleaner are 1400 mm in length and 700 or 1400 mm in width. However, we offer full customisation to suit your specific space and requirements.

Tilt control: Adjustable chassis tilt adds an extra level of control, allowing you to adjust the desired level of cleaning to the nature of the residue.
