Intelligent clamping pressure : the clamping pressure automatically adjusts according to the diameter of the wood, guaranteeing gentle handling while preserving the integrity of the material.

Precise, efficient cutting : incorporating a high-velocity Harvester saw, our grapple saw ensures precise, optimised cuts for logs up to 80 cm in diameter. Mechanical pump lubrication and an automatic tensioning system ensure consistent performance. A second saw enables fully automated cutting of off-cuts. The circular saw cuts logs of up to 45 cm at a very high rate.

Danfoss PLC : enjoy total control with the Danfoss PLC. Combining ease of use and robustness, it monitors and regulates lengths, diameters and volume with exceptional precision.

Precise measurements : length is determined by a pressure roller that can be adjusted to suit each tree. Diameter, meanwhile, is determined by measuring five contact points, guaranteeing precise measurement.
